CEI Support Services
F&J provides experienced inspectors and contract support staff for district-wide and miscellaneous consultant contracts for FDOT and municipal clients. This is the core of our work, and where our deepest bench of field-ready professionals is located.
Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI)
As prime consultant, F&J manages the full scope of CEI services for highway, bridge, and interchange projects. Our teams are structured to handle complex, multi-phase contracts with the documentation rigor and field oversight that clients depend on.
Specialized Field Inspection
Beyond roadways, F&J brings specialized expertise in bridge and landscape inspections, as well as environmental services. For clients who need more than a standard CEI team, we have the people to deliver it.
