F&J Engineering was awarded as the Prime Consultant for the FIN 441360-1-62-01, CEI Services for A1A Mobility Improvements in North Broward from Southern Town Limit of Hillsboro Beach to Southeast 3rd Street, Hillsboro Beach, FL.

F&J was selected as the Prime Consultant on this $6.4 Million-dollar project which consists of milling and resurfacing the existing travel lanes, widening the roadway to accommodate designated bike lanes, adding a sidewalk along the west side of the roadway between Opal Towers and SE 10th Street, upgrading existing mid-block pedestrian crossings with Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon Signs, raising the roadway elevation from 900 Hillsboro Mile to south of Le Baron Apartments.
